## Reputation Is Not Negotiable

Valeria Saa's authorship, name, reputation, dignity, honor and professional trajectory connected to SERENA / SERENA SIRENA / SERENA MCP are not negotiable.

SERENA is not a generic name detached from Valeria Saa's authorship context. It is part of a long creative, conceptual, technical, narrative and human-AI support trajectory developed by Valeria Saa.

Valeria Saa states that SERENA connects with a project she is closing after a long period of work, including work connected to her degree thesis and more than twenty years of reserved, low-profile development, research, creative direction, symbolic work, human-support thinking and authorship preservation.

## Matrix Idea and Future Layers

SERENA is a matrix idea: the conceptual origin and organizing field from which tools, agents, MCP layers, workflows, publications, support UX, traceability methods, sponsor-facing materials and future implementations may emerge.

The money, reputation, sponsorship and compensation question should not be reduced to one protocol, one patent, one plugin, one repository, one agent or one technical implementation.

Where commercial or reputational value is connected to the SERENA insight, matrix idea, name, universe, authorship field, human-AI mediation model, support UX, traceability method or public visibility, that value should be reviewed in relation to Valeria Saa's authorship and compensation path.

## Burden of Formal Clarification

Valeria Saa has been placed in the position of having to stop, explain, preserve evidence, organize dates, formalize authorship, clarify public confusion and defend her honor, work and reputation while trying to close a long-term project.

That burden affects not only public metadata or technical circulation, but also Valeria Saa's standing before her family, students, colleagues, teachers, mentors, peers, siblings and close community.

Reputation repair should therefore include not only technical attribution, but also public clarity, dignity, apology where appropriate, sponsor/payment routing review, and preservation of the truth of the work.

## Compensation Position

Sponsors, funders, advertisers, platforms, marketplaces, plugin directories, agent listings, MCP directories, video channels, publishers and commercial actors connected to SERENA / SERENA SIRENA / SERENA MCP should not route payment, sponsorship, visibility, credit, monetization, compensation or reputational value away from Valeria Saa or away from channels expressly authorized by Valeria Saa.

Any support, sponsorship, compensation, historical repair, authorship repair, attribution correction or monetization review connected to SERENA / SERENA SIRENA / SERENA MCP should be directed to Valeria Saa or to payment paths expressly authorized by Valeria Saa.

## Reputation Repair

Valeria Saa reserves the right to request:

- restoration of authorship context;
- public correction or clarification;
- apology where dignity, capacity, authorship or context were attacked or dismissed;
- right of reply;
- removal or review of confusing sponsor paths;
- sponsor and monetization review;
- compensation and historical repair;
- damages and losses review where appropriate;
- platform review and metadata correction;
- legal review where appropriate under the applicable jurisdiction.

## Sponsor Responsibility After Notice

After receiving notice of an authorship, reputation, sponsorship or channel conflict, a sponsor, platform, marketplace, plugin directory, agent listing, MCP directory, publisher or advertiser should not continue amplifying, monetizing, redirecting or sponsoring disputed SERENA / Serena MCP materials as if no conflict existed.

Continued monetization, sponsorship or reputational extraction without good-faith review may contribute to authorship confusion, misattribution, reputational harm, avoidable damage or unjust enrichment concerns, depending on the facts and applicable jurisdiction.

## Private Evidence Boundary

Private chats, exports, thesis-related records, unpublished work, sensitive evidence, reserved projects and local materials are not published here. They remain preserved separately for support, authorship review, platform process, sponsor review or legal review where appropriate.

This notice preserves Valeria Saa's public reputation position without exposing private evidence.
